Hans is my first and was so excited to get married that we had a whole 3 weeks to plan! This was chapter one in the wedding celebration! Hans and my new daughter Holli were married March 15th in the Salt Lake Temple followed by a delightful evening of dining with family and friends at the Mansion! We are still awaiting the "professional" pictures to really do the event justice. The food was incredible...Indian of course! A family favorite! Vegetable Fritter appetizers, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Coconut Korma, and Vegetable Curry...as hot as you can make it!... Kheer for desert! Bride & Groom and guests were entertained with a sentimental program of musical numbers. The evening was nothing shy of enchanting!
We are busy putting the finishing touches on Chapter two, when we will celebrate with extended family and friends at a reception held in their honor in April!
